1. Return Request Timeframe
Customers have 60 calendar days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or report any product issues.
To be eligible, items must:

In promotions like “Buy 1, Get 1”, only the paid item is covered by standard warranty and commercial guarantees; the other items are provided free as part of the promotion.

The standard warranty applies only to the paid item;

Free items are not eligible for individual refunds, exchanges, or warranty coverage;

Requests to refund the paid item while keeping free items are not permitted.
3. Defective Products
3.1 Defect in the Paid Item
If the paid item is confirmed defective:

The standard solution is a replacement of the same product at no additional cost;

If the customer declines the replacement, CapClub may, at its discretion:

Offer a partial refund for the paid item only, or

Issue store credit equivalent to the paid item’s value.

Only one replacement item will be sent per promotional order.
3.2 Defect in Free Items
If a free promotional item is defective:

CapClub is not obligated to provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or cover return shipping;

Free items do not carry individual warranty coverage;

Any solution provided is a goodwill gesture only, with no future obligations or precedent.
3.3 Defect in Multiple Items
If more than one item in the same order is defective:

4. Exchanges and Returns Due to Personal Preference
Requests based on personal reasons, including:

Allowing the customer to keep the original product with no return required.
These solutions:
Do not guarantee a refund;
Do not imply a defect in the original product;
Are limited to one extra item per order;
Apply only at CapClub’s discretion.
Acceptance of this solution is considered final resolution.
